Track, prepare and process all NJ and Nonresident plates, registrations and titles on purchased vehicles in a timely fashion within state guidelines Process and flip all incoming titles as per state and company guidelines Research, track and process all title work for wholesale deals Research, track and process all incoming titles and communicate with lienholders to procure titles on paid loans Calculate and issue MV refunds Reconcile MCO and title inventories monthly Reconcile & order plate and registration inventories Maintain MV records as per retention lists for future MVC audits Build and maintain professional rapport with NJCAR and other MV processing agencies Alphabetic filing of all completed retail and wholesale deals Daily data entry of MV reports Job Type:
