Our Service Department has an excellent team in place and we're looking to add to it.
The right candidate should have a track record of exceptional Customer Service.
Warranty knowledge a plus.
Individual must have proficient computer skills and be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a very good communicator.
Exceptional performance will reward the ideal candidate.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting and consulting customers on Service needs - Researching and communicating information on manufacturer recalls - Checking in vehicles and processing paper work - Communicating findings on recommended service maintenance to customers in a very professional manner - Keeping customer informed on recommended repairs Applicant must have Clean Driving Record and valid driver's license, Good Attitude and Strong Work Ethic.
Previous experience at auto dealership required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
